Return Eligibility
- You have 30 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Items classified as intimate or sanitary goods
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads or software products
- Personal care items (unless defective)
- Custom-made or personalized products
Partial Refunds
We may issue partial refunds in these situations:
- Item shows signs of use or wear
- Original packaging is damaged or missing
- Item is returned after 30 days but within 45 days
- Parts or accessories are missing
Refund Process
- Contact us first at CustomerCare@ethnobrocade.shop to initiate your return
- We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
Shipping & Handling
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns
Exchanges
We only exchange items that are defective or damaged during shipping. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for exchange requests.
Sale Items
Sale items and clearance merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift Returns
- Gift recipients will receive store credit for the item’s current value
- Store credit will be issued after the return is processed
- Original shipping costs are not refunded
