Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from EthnoBrocade. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options.

Return Eligibility

  • You have 30 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Items classified as intimate or sanitary goods
  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads or software products
  • Personal care items (unless defective)
  • Custom-made or personalized products

Partial Refunds
We may issue partial refunds in these situations:

  • Item shows signs of use or wear
  • Original packaging is damaged or missing
  • Item is returned after 30 days but within 45 days
  • Parts or accessories are missing

Refund Process

  1. Contact us first at CustomerCare@ethnobrocade.shop to initiate your return
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status
  4. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days

Shipping & Handling

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns

Exchanges
We only exchange items that are defective or damaged during shipping. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for exchange requests.

Sale Items
Sale items and clearance merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift Returns

  • Gift recipients will receive store credit for the item’s current value
  • Store credit will be issued after the return is processed
  • Original shipping costs are not refunded
